We aim to reuse, donate, and recycle as much as possible. Items in good condition may be given to charities or community organisations. We dispose of waste responsibly at licensed recycling centres.

6. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a full waste carrier licence, and our team is fully insured for all clearance work, including public liability cover.

7. How much does a house clearance cost?

Costs vary depending on:

• If there is any POP's waste. So items like sofa's, mattresses, headboards or items with upholstery on them.

14. How long does a house clearance take?

Most clearances can be completed in a few hours, but larger properties may take a full day some jobs take a few days or even a week it obviously depends on the size of the job. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe during your quote.

15. Do you offer free house clearance quotes?

We often offer same‑day or next‑day appointments, depending on availability and location.

24. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card payments, bank transfers, and invoices for business clients.

25. Can you remove large or heavy items like pianos or safes?

Yes. Our team is trained and equipped to remove bulky, heavy, or awkward items safely.

26. Do you provide documentation for probate or estate clearances?

We can supply item inventories, photos, and written reports for solicitors, executors, and estate administrators.

27. Is a house clearance tax‑deductible?

28. Do you offer weekend or evening house clearances?

29. How do I know you are a legitimate waste carrier?

We hold a valid UK Waste Carrier Licence, which you can verify on the Environment Agency website.

30. What happens if the property has no electricity or water?

We can still carry out the clearance. Utilities are not required for us to complete the job.

31. Can you just take away my rubbish? 

Yes. We do this service all day, everyday. We have certain vehicles and these vehicles are only used for general rubbish and it does not matter whether its commercial unwanted items of furniture or your own personnel or business rubbish.

32. Can your teams work outside of the normal 9-5 hours if required?

Yes. We offer this service. As here we understand that some jobs especially some commercial jobs needs to be done when the business is closed. So here we can offer a 24 hour service but this must be booked in advance.
