Over the years our team in Birmingham have carried out just about everything possible from just a few items of furniture, to a hoarders house full to the brim of clutter. Then we have also cleared massive factory units and large industrial site clearances. On all larger jobs we recommend you use our free call out service. Waste and peoples rubbish comes in all shapes and sizes and our deal are equipped to deal with it all. Our aim as a company is always to recycle, recycle, recycle and we do this is many ways. Once we have recycled what is possible all waste either goes to a waste management site or sometimes we use very large skips. Different wastes are dealt with in totally different ways.
On all house or flat clearances in Birmingham all decent item are furniture are either sold of or taken to local charities. If the items are marked or damaged or maybe stained then these items are taken to the dump.
As we mentioned earlier we aim to recycle as much as possible on all property clearances in Birmingham. If we think we can sell it ourselves then we deduct these sales from the price of the job that we would normally charge. If that is not the case and we do not sell it then items are taken to a local furniture charity shop so these items sale all profit goes to the charity and also all the ornaments and clothes and items like pictures and shoes also go to the charity shops.
Once we have completed a property clearance, the property is total cleared. We do not just remove the good items and leave the junk there for someone else to clear away, we remove EVERYTHING including carpets and all rubbish when required to so this means once we leave the property it is then ready for either the builders to come, or the new tenant to move in or to be placed on the market for sale.
