When we carry out a household or office job we aim to recycle as much as possible and we only use landfill as a last resort.

Here we work with several local charities and our aim to either sell a few items ourselves, this helps us keep the costs down and then we also donate most items to local charities for them to make some money with and at least the items are getting recycled and re-used.
HOW MUCH DOES A HOUSE CLEARANCE COST?
This depends on several things really and no two jobs are exactly the same. The biggest expense in a clear out is both the labour that actually provides the man power and then the waste fees, as disposing of waste correctly does not come cheap. Waste fees vary depending on what the waste actually is. This we will go into more a little later on.
WHERE DOES ALL THE OLD FURNITURE AND WASTE GO?
All the old damaged items and all the household or business clutter and rubbish ends up at a local waste management site. There it all gets recycled where possible and all the unrecyclable items end up at the landfill. We only use waste management sites as a last resort as we aim to recycle when possible.

We always aim to recycle as much as possible. We sell the modern items if there is any and then we deduct this of the price of the job. All average stuff is taken local charities and recycled that way and then all the left of waste is taken to waste management sites and recycled there in a professional manner and then landfill is the very last resort.
