If that is not the case and we do not sell it then items are taken to a local furniture charity shop so these items sale all profit goes to the charity and also all the ornaments and clothes and items like pictures and shoes also go to the charity shops.

Once we have completed a property clearance, the property is total cleared. We do not just remove the good items and leave the junk there for someone else to clear away, we remove EVERYTHING including carpets and all rubbish when required to so this means once we leave the property it is then ready for either the builders to come, or the new tenant to move in or to be placed on the market for sale.

We always try our best to get these items re used and re homed where possible.
