2. Do I need to be at the property?
Not at all. We are trusted by solicitors and estate agents to work independently. We manage key collection and provide detailed before-and-after photos/videos for your approval.
3. What items can you take?
We remove most items, including furniture, appliances, carpets, and general waste from homes and businesses. We cannot take certain hazardous materials but will advise on this during our initial chat.
4. How quickly can you do the job? What about your 24-hour service?
We can often schedule work at short notice. For urgent situations, our 24-hour service is available but must be booked in advance to guarantee team availability. Please state your required timeframe when you contact us.
5. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and hold a valid upper-tier waste carrier's licence. This ensures your clearance is handled legally, professionally, and with full accountability.
6. How do the photos and videos work?
Once the job is complete, we take a full set of photos showing the cleared spaces. We can also film a short video walkthrough. These are sent to you via email or a messaging app for your records and peace of mind.
7. Do you donate items to charity?
Absolutely. We are committed to sustainability and helping our local community. Any reusable items in good condition are donated to local charities, helping to reduce waste.
8. What happens on the day of the clearance?
Our uniformed team will arrive at the agreed time, introduce themselves, and do a quick walkthrough to confirm the scope. They will then carry out the clearance efficiently and respectfully, sorting items as they go. They will sweep up afterwards, leaving the property tidy.
